Our Process
We will conduct a 30 Minute get to know you consultation reviewing client expectations, as well as our processes. Post booking we send our clients access to their custom Airtable files with a complete expectations calendar customized to their wedding date. This is where we will house our contracts, style boards, meeting notes and files.
Initial Consult + Booking.
Following our official booking, we begin our planning process with venue guidance. Venue selections are based on client's desired location and style of wedding experience. Venue options are presented in a complete venue mapping presentation, and up to 5 in person or detailed virtual venue tours are scheduled and conducted.

Post venue booking, we begin to build the style, design, and vibe of the wedding weekend. We carefully curate the clients story board for each piece of their wedding weekend that guests will interact with from Save the Date through farewells, and everything in between.
Story mapping
We curate your vendor selection to the experience and style of your wedding weekend. Vendors are selected and presented to the client in a vendor presentation for final approval. Vendors meet one on one with Rae Nicole Events to create a detailed and in depth design board.
Curated Vendor Selections
As we begin wrapping our final planning phases we conclude with a detailed design meeting to include an in person design presentation complete with samples of each of their esthetic pieces. Client and Rae Nicole Events team will adjust items as needed and redline or greenlight final choices.
Detailed Design Meeting
The Rae Nicole Events team proceeds with executing the detail adjustments from the design meeting with all vendors and wrapping final weekend details in preparation for production. Final guest counts and contract reviews are conducted on behalf of the client, and all final pre-production meetings are held with vendors.
Pre-Production
Wedding weekend production is in full swing from Guest Arrival ,Welcome Greetings and Kickoff Receptions to Wedding Day, and weekend activities! Our carefully planned and prepared itinerary and creative design is officially executed, with our clients looking like the most exceptional hosts of a unique and unforgettable weekend experience.
